Hello everyone! So 2019 wasn't really the year for me blogging was it? (looks back and realises i haven't blogger in over a year) I just want to say sorry for missing out a whole year of blogging and hopefully this year i can make more time to showcase the wedding flowers i create for some amazing couples! Today I want to show off some pictures of L & J's wedding flowers which i created back in August 2018 which to me is crazy that its been that long! They married and had their reception at The Embankment in town which is super local for us, the function room is absolutely stunning with the old windows and elegant decor - it really is a hidden gem of a venue! If you're looking at getting married in Nottingham near the town center then consider this beautiful venue, or at least go see for yourself how lovely it is! The lovely L wanted lemons, creams and whites with a dash of grey in her flowers (as seen below). She choose for her flowers: White Hydrangea, White Stocks, Cream Lizianthus, Cream carnations, Ammi, Lemon Garden Roses and Grey Brunia flower complimented with Eucalyptus Cinerea. Scroll down to see L & J wedding flowers. For her bridesmaids she had smaller versions of her own bouquet - She also had 2 flower arrangements either side the ceremony signing table which really looked wow in the beautiful function room at The Embankment . For her chairs she had pew end flowers on the inner aisle chairs, personally i think pew end flowers really set the scene! L & J also had some fish bowls with a posy of flowers in them for her guest tables centerpieces but i didn't manage to get any pictures of them so i can't show you them!
I really enjoyed creating their wedding flowers, the touch of the Grey Brunias added a rustic element to the flowers whilst them still being beautifully elegant. Hopefully this brings some inspirations to any brides who love the colour lemon! Emily x

The bright and cheerful color palette of yellow, pink, and orange is both playful and romantic, and the use of sunflowers adds a touch of rustic charm. The attention to detail and creativity displayed in these arrangements is truly impressive, and it's clear that EMZ Flower Boutique is a master at her craft. Any couple would be lucky to have such beautiful blooms as a part of their special day!
